This is Antonio Forcione’s second album to be released on The Naim Label. Following the success of ‘Dedicato’ and confident in the knowledge of Antonio’s popularity, we decided to release his first solo album which has not been generally available until now. Acoustic Revenge was Antonio’s first recording as a solo artist; the album in which he felt that his own personal style became more defined. This collection took him between three and four years to compose and contains - in his own words - “some of the best work I have ever written.” Antonio felt that this work was of such musical importance that it should be made available on general release. Naim agreed. In London during July 1997, Antonio re-mixed and Julian Vereker digitally re-mastered the original recording to bring it up to the high standards required by The Naim Label, and there is now available another stimulating album full of unique exploration of the guitar.
