The Stockwell Brothers, Bruce, Barry, and Al, call their music 'folk rock and newgrass.' They use acoustic and electric guitars, five string banjo, mandolin, bass, and percussion to create a stylistically diverse, acoustic oriented sound based in folk and bluegrass and flavored with rock, funk, and world beat rhythms and arrangements.
